Obituary
Carmine Cappa, 93 a resident of New Fairfield, CT passed away on Tuesday March 14, 2023. He was born in Barile, Italy on October 2nd, 1929. Beloved husband of 67 years, he married his childhood sweetheart Concetta( Cappa in 1955. Father to John (Cettina), Louis (Jill) and Rosann Cremonini (Massimo). He loved his entire family but especially his grandchildren, Carmine and Nicholas Cappa, Camille Cappa Francese (Zackary), Luke, Sophia and Peter Cappa, Michelle, Frank, and Lily Cremonini and new great grandson Dominic Francese. He will be sorely missed by everyone. Our yearly Christmas Eve party (John's birthday) will never be the same.
Reposing at Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday March 17th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 18th, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in White Plains. Entombment will follow in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
